Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Sihoo Canada Store.

For products purchased through authorized third-party marketplaces or retailers, please contact the original seller for warranty assistance. Limited warranty support may still be available with valid proof of purchase.

What’s Covered

The Sihoo 3-Year Warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Structural failures under normal use
Mechanical or functional issues not caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we may provide:

Replacement parts
Product replacement
Another appropriate solution at no additional cost


Warranty Activation

For orders placed directly through Sihoo Canada Store, warranty coverage is activated automatically after purchase.

No additional registration is required.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Intentional or accidental damage
(including fire damage, water damage, improper disassembly, or repainting)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
(including fabric fading, mesh stretching, cosmetic scratches, or natural material aging)
Discoloration caused by sunlight, chemicals, ink, or dye transfer
Damage caused by the use of non-Sihoo parts or accessories
Products shipped outside supported regions using third-party forwarding services

Sihoo reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim falls within normal warranty coverage.
