I have had this chair for 3 years now and can say that it has held up extremely well. I am work from home 3 days a week and I vary between sit and stand. I have not noticed any change in the seat padding or anywhere else for that matter. Its holding up vey well. As for comfort. There are plenty of adjustments to customize to a variety of body types. I would say this chair is as good as the $$$$$ chair at my office for a fraction of the price. I did have one small/minor issue that Sihoo addressed immediately. I would buy again!!

Great chair for all day work. At 6'1 195 lbs the seat, back, headrest are comfortable with room to spare. Plenty of adjustments and the reclining feature is a nice addition. I needed to drive one screw into the headrest adjustment to keep it at it's highest point but that is fine. Would really like better wheels since pushing back from my desk nearly has me pushing the desk away.

I give this business and chair 5 stars. I bought it for my son and we did have issues with the seat. I did contact Sihoo customer service and provided a video. They quickly replaced the chair. The material of the chair is very good and looks very elegant. The look was the main reason for picking it. It is easy to put together and is firm. The only issue was the screws on the first chair would not stay in. But it was quickly resolved.
