This is a very decent chair at this price point ($350). Most parts can be easily adjusted and a lot of features are non existent on a competitor brand that we all know which is yet an order of magnitude more expensive than this. Will see how the durability lasts.Things I like:- Much better lumbar and arm support than $200 ones- 6d arm rests are surprisingly good to match my desktop height. A lot of other chairs I used simply fall short on height and tightness adjustment (ie can be adjusted inwards to point to my keyboard better without compromising seat width)- all in one tab adjustment is great no need for remembering which one is for which- Decent finish and easy to assemble as most parts are already preassembledThings I wish can be improved:- due to sheer number of adjustments possible, the chair slightly wobbles when you move on it (esp. the seat back). Wish the tolerance between parts could be better.- the finish of the plastic parts seems a bit rushed. The back support piece is warped here and there (see 2nd pic) though interestingly they cannot be seen from another angle (see the 3rd pic). Not a big deal but impairs the look of quality.- the lumbar support is self adjusting but wish the default height could be higher. Right now even the highest position is slightly lower than expected.- not sure if asking for too much but wish the back angle could be negative (inwards when sitting straight) - that would be a great feature to offer better back support at work as right…

I have no problem with the seller of this item. Everything was packaged neatly.This chair is ALMOST the perfect chair. It is SOOO comfortable! I would give 5 out of 5 stars, but the lumbar support is so unforgiving. I've tried every combination of positions. I'm going to give a 3 out of 5 star for now and continue to try it out for a bit.If I could remove the lumbar support, that would make this chair perfect.Edit: I'm talking to customer service about the chair right now and they've been so helpful. Raising this review to 4 stars just because of that.

Having back problems and sitting at my desk for many long hours each day as a programmer, I came down with disc issues and my walking became limited. Although my last chair was wisely chosen, it did not have the back support that I required. With the 30-day tryout I decided to give this one a shot. I love the back support that it gives. I do not care for the arm rest angle when I have the back tilted just on the first notch. The 'Ratcheting' adjustments are difficult to get used to... but I am getting there.The one major flaw are the wheels! I cannot stand them... it is difficult to move the chair while sitting as they get stuck in the tiny grout lines of my tile floor (high end, very level, small grout lines). I did not have this issue with my last chair at all and none of our other office chairs have this issue so I can honestly say that the design or quality of these wheels are the issue. I think if it were not for the wheels that I would give this an almost 5 star with some of the caveats I have listed.
