I absolutely love this chair. Within a year, the lumbar support bracket broke. However, I messaged Sihoo Office and they promptly sent out a replacement part at no cost. The thick padded seat is well made and provides enough comfort that it can be sat in all day if needed. The mesh back allows substantial air flow without having to worry about sweaty back syndrome! I would recommend this chair without reservation and Sihoo customer support. The chair is mostly made from composite parts but is sturdy and big enough for a 240 pound guy. Great product with a lot of adjustability for the price.

We needed good lumbar supporting chairs due to back degeneration! These chairs are working and chiropractor approved! Good quality parts and ease of assembly. The decorative covers came broken. Yan at Customer Support was a great help, very professional, quick response, and within a week we had tracking info and replacements parts were received! We would definitely buy again!

For the price, this can't be beat. Easy to assemble, they even supply a very nice tool to do it with. Comfortable, adjustable and quiet. Solid parts and hardware. The lumbar support is something new to me and I love it. It does have a tendency to slip a little with use but that can be easily remedied. Overall a great choice.
